Job Description Job Description Job Description Bishop Spencer Place , Kansas City's premier non-profit Life Care retirement community, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing Facility . Position Details: Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care Schedule: Monday to Friday No Weekends or Holidays Required WCC - Wound Care Certification preferred but not required to start. Key Responsibilities: Evaluating new and continuing residents for wounds and skin alterations Notifying physician and Nurse Supervisor of wound changes Implementing orders and providing treatments to heal wounds Identifying wound types and providing education to other nursing staff Documenting wound status and treatment interventions Consulting with residents, family members, and physicians in planning the resident's care, treatment, and rehabilitation Providing other direct nursing care as necessary Participating in QAPI activities including participation in annual survey preparation and survey process, and maintenance of CMS standards. Job Requirements Applicable Experience: 1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various Associate Degree Job Details Full Time Day (United States of America) The best place to get care.
