The position will be responsible for innovating, troubleshooting and improving upon research protocols related to specific studies, including the overall process for how studies are managed and reported for the department. Facilitation of quality improvement initiatives among external and internal stakeholders, as well as management of the medical student research process are also components of the role. The pay range for this job begins at $27.04/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. /n/nRemote Work/Work from Home:/n This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location.
