Licensed Social Worker Location: Lawrence, KS Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,971 to $2,165 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title Social Worker Intensive Care Unit City/State: Lawrence, Kansas Shift: 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Contract Length: 56 weeks Start Date: 04/27/2026 Job Description: As a Social Worker in the Intensive Care Unit, you will provide comprehensive social work services, including psychosocial evaluation, discharge planning, and support to patients and families in a hospital setting. Responsibilities: Provide psychosocial assessments and interventions for patients in the ICU. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate effective patient care and discharge planning. Requirements: 1 year of Social Work experience in a hospital setting, preferably the ICU/Stepdown. Masters Degree (MSW) and an active KS license. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
