At Global Payments Inc., a front-runner in innovative payment technology and software solutions, we are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist dedicated to enhancing our sales processes and driving operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with our highly skilled sales and marketing teams to refine strategies, streamline sales operations and leverage data to drive revenue growth. If you have a passion for sales analytics, strategic decision-making and working in a fast-paced, global environment, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the success of our worldwide operations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and policies to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate and optimize the lead qualification process. Manage CRM systems ensuring data accuracy and usability. Support the sales teams with analytics and decision-making tools. Handle operational logistics of sales programs including budget tracking and ROI analysis. Train sales team on new tools and strategies. Provide detailed reports and forecasts to senior management regarding sales performance and operational metrics. Expertise in CRM software and sales management tools Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and report generation Advanced knowledge in creating and managing sales forecasting tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage priorities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Salesforce Administration Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)
