Someone who is a top producing salesperson and loves the art of
selling. Someone who is self-motivated, can self-manage, and is
driven to be successful. Somebody who sets a goal and then takes
action to conquer it Somebody who is always learning, growing, and
improving their skills. Somebody who is looking for a dynamic team
that believes that building trusting relationships leads to
long-term success Necessary Skills/Experience: 10-15 yrs of proven
sales excellence 2 yrs of proven success in sales leadership and
management Active in the Kansas City business community for at
least 5 years with numerous existing business relationships Strong
presentation and closing skills and techniques Desires to be a part
of something larger than themselves Ability to self-generate leads
through new and existing relationships Ability to understand
businesses from multiple industries and to identify and address
their needs Strong communication and public speaking skills Work
independently on a day-to-day basis while also communicating and
providing leadership to your local team Organized and focused
individual who values open and constant communication with their
teammates. ? Total compensation will be in the $200k-$275k
range.
