• Location: Opportunities will be in the Kansas City, KS / Overland Park area.
• Roles can include: Customer Specialists, Business Development, New & Used Car Sales, & others
• NO sales or automotive experience required for entry level positions Compensation: Starting base at $17/hr - $20/hr depending on the role, plus incentive opportunities and competitive benefits
  • OTE for entry level roles average $50,000+ first year

      • Guide customers through the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
      • Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools.
      • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery. Minimum Qualifications:
        • 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role
        • High school diploma or equivalent required
        • Comfortable working with CRM tools and navigating sales systems
        • Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
        • Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
