Merchandise Sales Associate at Worlds of Fun summary:
As a Merchandise Sales Associate at Worlds of Fun, I am responsible
for providing excellent customer service while promoting and
selling merchandise to guests. My role includes assisting customers
with their purchases, operating the cash register, and maintaining
a clean workspace. I focus on creating memorable experiences for
guests while adhering to company policies and upselling
products.
Overview:$14/ hour -Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible
for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by
actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of
Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise -Sales Ambassador may
include: -Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise
purchases -Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests
-Maintaining a clean and organized work area -Operating a cash
register and handling card transactions accurately -Restocking
merchandise as needed -Providing a high level of guest service and
responding to guest inquiries and concerns -Following all company
policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling
