Make a positive first impression--- Connect Create lasting relationships with customers and build your referral pipeline--- Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products - find the perfect fit--- Play your Part Maintain order accuracy--- Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficientlyJob Duties: A Day in the Life (Online Sales)--- Assist Assist website customers with determining needs and providing product and/or policy information--- Manage Efficiently manage the chat session.
