Job Description:

Safe Haven Security is looking for Affiliate Team Associates to assist and close sales on partner company lead prospects. This is a NEW position within our Affiliate Division. This position will manage inbound transfers from our affiliate partners who have customers interested in security and home automation. There is no cold calling or prospecting involved! These are live transfers from our partner companies who have clients that are interested in learning the packages and options that are available to them from both security and smart homes.

Qualified candidates will have a strong sense of urgency, outstanding work ethic and a professional sales approach while maintaining a high level of client service. You must understand all aspects of the business, and learn how to convert customer leads via phone and email into confirmed sales and scheduled appointments. Performance will be measured daily, weekly and monthly to ensure you are on target to meet all goals and key performance indicators.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound calls to sales
• Maintain a clean work flow where all home buyers/leads are contacted and managed in a timely fashion. Qualifications:
  • Phone sales experience helpful, but not necessary
  • Data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Accountable and enthusiastic about generating revenue
  • Money motivated Compensation:
    • Weekly pay plus lucrative commissions, as well as montly performance bonues. Average annual earning over $100K

      Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Required. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
      
      Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales and/or customer service (B2C experience preferred).
