GFL Environmental Services USA, Inc. is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be accountable for answering customer calls and entering work orders for an oil based company.Summary of Essential Job Functions:We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to perform tasks that will help us grow our business and maintain current customers.Pay Range: $19-$21Following Duties Include:--- Take care of customer's needs--- Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch accordingly--- Respond promptly to customer inquiries--- Handle and resolve customer issues--- Obtain relevant information to handle product and service inquires--- Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling if needed--- Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval in order to set up--- new customer accounts when Sales Team requests help--- Manage customer's accounts--- Accounts Receivable and collection--- Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when necessary--- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process--- Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatchPosition Requirements:--- Minimum of 2 years CSR experience--- Associates Degree a plus but not required--- Great Plains a plus but not required--- Ability to organize multiple projectBenefits:--- Health, Vision, Dental Insurance--- 401k, and 401k matching--- Paid Holidays--- Up to 3 weeks of PTO--- And several other benefits#GFLTalentWe thank you for your interest.
