Come join our family, we think you're special too! We are looking for a National Sales Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. This position supports the organization in generating profitable revenue to increase hotel revenue by assisting in the development and implementation of solicitation programs in line with the hotel financial objectives and targets. The National Sales Manager generates business from the market segments in assigned personal territory/region. This to be role has flexibility to be remote and on property based in the Northeast. Essential Functions:

  • Establish and maintain active working partnerships with the sales & reservations departments of key Travel Partners
  • Initiate and implement sales promotional programs with travel partners
  • Broaden productive client base and increase awareness of hotel
  • Conduct personalized sales campaigns within designated territory to promote the hotels, programs, packages and special promotions
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows / seminars aimed at hotel target markets
  • Maximize exposure through creative promotion both during and pre /post event
  • Aggressively solicit and follow up on leads generated
  • Actively participate in key trade & business associations to generate business leads and increase hotel visibility The Perks (vary by hours committed):

      • 5+ years of Sales experience in the Hospitality Industry
      • Luxury resort hospitality sales experience
      • Familiar with the New England & New York market
      • Excellent working knowledge of all hotel operating processes
      • Able to create, implement and analyze manual and automated reports
      • Comprehensive knowledge of technical and managerial applications of PMS, Envision and appropriate PC applications
      • Operational knowledge of national sales process
      • Familiar with legal and contractual agreements
      • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
