insulation process equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included
but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be
assigned and expected to be performed.Utilize personal network to
introduce new customers to KCI, Incorporated.Develop new business
opportunities while maintaining existing customer base.Develop and
implement business strategies that provide market share growth and
a continuous improvement of project margins.Develop and present
effective and appropriate sales presentations, sales literature,
and website advertising content for the organization's products and
services.Works closely with Estimating department on bidding
opportunities and the conversion of those bids into purchase
orders.Review customer contracts, drawings, and specifications, and
KCI, Incorporated's proposal at start of bidding process.Assist in
estimating, preparation of proposals and sales, when assigned or
needed.Works closely with Sales Managers as a focal point for
customer relations and training.Provide follow-up to customers
after submitting proposals.Provide relevant feedback for new
products and services that increase business
opportunities.Represent the organization positively in all areas of
the industry.Complete pre-qualification documentation for new
customers.Complete other tasks or projects as
assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Engineering
preferred; or equivalent education and experience.3+ years of
industrial conveyor (automotive and general industrial
manufacturing conveyors and automation).Minimum 3 years working
with conveyor equipment within a manufacturing environment.Ability
to create schedules and proposals based on a scope of work for
various industrial construction projects.Ability to communicate
effectively with sub-contractors.Personal commitment to
safety.Comprehensive ability to review, update, maintain, and
execute scope of work drawings and job plans.Previous equipment
planning and support in a production environment, preferably with
automotive conveyor systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and MS Project).Proficient with
Adobe Acrobat DC (will train).Knowledge of AutoCAD
preferred.Knowledge of QAD preferred.U.S. Tsubaki offers a
