Job Purpose This consultative field sales role requires someone who has proven experience growing revenue of building products with contractor customers via various engagement techniques and strategically developing territory. Essential Functions ? Establish and develop strong relationships with our distribution partners, general contractors and roofing contractors within the assigned geographical territory and effectively cover all market segments within this geography increasing Castagra---s market share ? Implement strategic sales plans and maintain accurate sales forecasts through daily use of CRM (HubSpot) ? Generate technical awareness of our products to the roofing contractors through various trainings, which include Certified Applicators, conduct roof walks with contractors and counter days demonstrations at local distributor/dealer locations throughout territory ? Regularly meet with sales team and provide updates on projects ? Work with key contacts such as distributors, dealers, builders, general contractors and roofing contractors to effectively provide clear and valuable communication on projects, services and warranty offerings. Additional Responsibilities ? Develop and maintain positive working relationships with decision makers through use of creative problem solving, accurate information, and timely responses ? Represent Castagra at assigned trade shows (national and regional) ? Regularly communicate strategic and tactical information to sales director regarding competitors in assigned territory and region ? Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory, which will require occasional overnight stays; valid driver---s license is required Qualifications ? Bachelor---s degree or have equivalent roofing/contractor industry experience. ? Premium building products experience in a direct territory-based outside sales environment. ? Previous experience in the roofing industry preferred ? Confident verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with an ability to convey strong, clear, concise messages to target audiences including employees, customers, pro trade personnel, and industry groups; interact with and motivate cross-functional company groups ? Cohesive interpersonal and relationship-building skills at multiple levels ? Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities ? Developed organizational skills, intuition, and reasoning abilities ? High energy, self-directed, professionally confident, and self-motivated ? Approachable, collaborative, and presents with appropriate business acumen ? Self-manage priorities and deadlines ? Aptitude to work with required technology, software applications, CRM platform (Hubspot), and Zoom meetings. Salary with monthly uncapped commission structure Job Requirements:

  • Analyze sales trends to increase sales
  • Maintain sales area records on customer sales
  • Searching a sales representative to complement sales team
  • Drive outside sales within territory
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
  • Lead all sales within territory
  • Develop a territory sales plan
  • Utilizing sales system to optimize sales calls
  • Complete job site survey reports for all new customer job sites and existing customer job sites
  • Mastering the sales representative position
  • Provide weekly sales updates to sales management
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts on anticipated territory sales
  • Exceed sales goals in assigned territory
  • Coordinate sales calls and associated paper work with inside sales/sales support
  • Exerting sales effort necessary to meet sales quota
  • Achieve sales goals for assigned accounts and assigned sales area
  • Achieve and exceed territory sales goals
  • Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales
  • Conduct sales presentations to customers
  • Succeed in company sponsored training classes
