matters. What Will I Be Doing as a Lead Sales Associate? Engage
customers at kiosks or events to present products, answer
questions, and close sales to meet goals. Deliver top-notch
service, resolve issues calmly, and ensure a smooth customer
journey. Coach Sales Associates on the spot, assist with training,
and motivate them to hit sales targets. Help with opening/closing,
handling cash and POS transactions, and supporting end-of-day
procedures. Keep the retail space clean, organized, and visually
appealing with updated displays and signage. Master product
knowledge to confidently communicate features and promotions to
customers and the team. Support inventory tasks like receiving
stock, restocking, and monitoring product availability. Tackle
minor issues during shifts with quick, effective solutions;
escalate when necessary. Track daily sales and report updates or
discrepancies to management. Join team huddles, boost morale, and
work closely with teammates to achieve shared goals.
