Job Description:

Performs Zeolyst-KC assignments involving collecting dailyproduction logsheets and inputting these into the company accounting managementsystem. - This role will also expand intomonitoring the daily quality of material being produced and reporting as requested. - They will assist in other miscellaneousproduction reporting and filing as needed. - Collects daily production log sheets and helps in the routine production entry into SAP, PAL and Excel.Review daily quality assurance in real time and report as requested.Assists in routine physical inventory counts when necessary.Coordinates the ZI product sampling system which can include preparation and tracking. Fills in for the Logistics Coordinator when necessary.Assist - in other miscellaneous production reporting and filing and needed. Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma required, college degree preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in MS Word, Excel and SAP experience - highly desirableAccounting and inventory management skills desired.Ability to communicate and be a team member; including mature/professional work relationship with fellow employees and plant staff.Experience with quality management systems e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001.Experience with Complex Data Entry.
