General Purpose:Provide analytical and tactical support as a critical partner to the Indirect Strategic Procurement team through every supply event. Act as primary liaison to Operations, ensuring transparency in Indirect/MRO change management, order fulfillment, issue resolution, and supplier management. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. ----Job Duties and Responsibilities:Support Indirect Strategic Procurement:Compile Indirect category spend detail, conduct research (e.g., market analysis, supplier financial review), and analyze resultsCollaborate on sourcing event(s) design of implementation plansDraft bid records and waivers for sourcing events as defined by Procurement policyCommunicate with stakeholders (particularly operational counterparts) throughout change eventsLead implementation of plans, informing Indirect strategic team of progress and any issues that need assistance to resolveSupport management of cost-saving/avoidance projects and help ensure projects are understood and adopted by affected stakeholders by monitoring project performance Monitor MRO buyer purchasing activity against contractual details for opportunities and issues (e.g., purchase order accuracy, non-compliant spending)Support the maintenance of the Indirect Preferred Supplier listDevelop and maintain spend cube, tailoring analytics as defined by Indirect Strategic ProcurementGather and assemble critical data for supplier KPI reviewSupport Operations:Provide training & coaching to MRO buyers related to SAP, procurement tools, MRO processes, PowerBI reporting, and Procurement policy--Support the development of MRO training documentationCollaborate with Operations to identify, document, and resolve Indirect/MRO service/supply issues (e.g., supplier non-conformance, late shipments, invoice issues), escalating to Indirect strategic team only when predefined conditions are metAct as conduit for plant and maintenance leadership with ProcurementSupport business initiatives: Support the optimization of MRO master data--Act as the Operational Procurement lead on the MRO data governance councilSupport business initiative related to Indirect categoriesSupport Indirect continuous improvement projectsThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.--Other duties may be assigned as required.--
