With our years of experience and industry knowledge, you can trust us to place you in the right position.We currently have an opportunity for a Service Electrician in Kansas City MO.Skillset/Experience:-Journeyman license or apprentice level electrician.-Experience as a Commercial and/or Industrial Electrician.-Available to work Monday through Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm.-Able to work on-call one week out of 8 weeks.-Available to work overtime as needed.-Outstanding troubleshooting skills.-Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.-Strong attention to detail.-Certified to operate a BOOM or scissor lift, and ability to work at heights.-Has basic hand tools, PPE, and reliable transportation.-Able to pass drug and background screening.-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.-Inspect and test electrical components to diagnose problems, repair broken electrical components, and install updates for outdated electrical systems.-Troubleshoot electrical problems and install new wiring or other components to fix lighting, fuse boxes, and generators.-Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed electrical systems and component devices are operational.-Ensure electrical systems meet local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.-Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by Wachter, our customers, or OSHA.-Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
