Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Principal Manhattan WMS Consultant. As a Principal Manhattan WMS Consultant, you will provide technical expertise to the client and to the Manhattan WMS project team. As a Principal Manhattan WMS Consultant, you need to have a complete understanding of the client's business processes as well as the technical requirements for successful delivery of Manhattan WMS implementation, maintenance and support projects. As a Principal Consultant, you need to ensure the overall delivery excellence with strict adherence to the SLAs and KPI commitments to the client. This includes ensuring the client satisfaction and delight in all deliverables. As a Principal Consultant, you also need to mentor the functional and technical consultants on the project team. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.

• Location for this position will be Kansas, MO Preferred Qualifications
  • atleast 6 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS warehouse management system
  • Should have technical experience in PL/SQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting
  • Should be able to lead and guide a team of functional and technical SMEs
  • Should look for innovations and propose automation solutions for the WMS operations
  • Should work in onsite-offshore model and be able to co-ordinate with offshore on a daily basis.
  • Should have significant experience in reviewing Manhattan logs, DB logs, restarts and suggest improvements.
  • Should have strong trouble shooting skills and propose permanent solutions for the WMS operational and application issues.
  • Co-ordinate with client and end-users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents.
  • Should be able to lead crisis calls and drive root cause analysis for all critical issues
  • Should have experience working in various inbound and outbound functionalities of Manhattan WMOS.
  • Preferable to have experience in implementing Manhattan WMOS application and rolling them across distribution centers
  • Preferable to have experience in Manhattan WMOS application configurations.
  • Should have experience working in Peak Season Support and should be proactive in decision making for system improvements.
  • Preferable to have experience in MHE integrations and Support
  • Should be the single point of contact at onsite for all warehouse support issues
  • Should do periodic Status reporting to client and Infosys
