Software Analyst - SME Job Summary:Talent Software Services is in search of a Software Analyst for a contract position in Overland Park, KS. The opportunity will be seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary:This role will be a key member of the ServiceNow team. You will be empowered to work independently maturing the products under our Security umbrella. The products are SecOps, IRM and VRM, but overtime as we mature this area this role may have the opportunities to take ownership of other areas of ServiceNow. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:In this role you will develop a strong understanding between the needs of the stakeholders and how the security applications will support those needs. You will be responsible for creating a high-level roadmap and working with technical partners. The product owner will partner with development resources to develop a solution and complete testing on development work. You will also provide support to stakeholders by identifying their needs and aligning the growth of IRM, VRM, SecOps and related functions with their strategic needs. Experience with the following ServiceNow areas is helpful:Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, Event Management. This is a hybrid role, in the office three days a week and working remotely for two Partner with the technology, process and business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document ServiceNow tool improvements focused on the improvement of the client's IRM, VRM, SecOps and supporting technologies. Work directly with the ServiceNow development team to select the most effective solution for defined requirements Own the IRM, VRM and SecOps product roadmaps, priorities, and execution. Develop a roadmap to mature the applications. Deliver incredible tools and experiences by combining your knowledge of IRM, VRM, SecOps and the ServiceNow platform. Continue to expand your overall knowledge of IRM, VRM SecOps and supporting technologies through training, self-learning, or attendance at ServiceNow events. Qualifications:8-10 years experience in IT with at least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform. Experience managing a any mix of either VRM, IRM or SecOps. Experience with IT Security Operations, Policy Management or Audit Management.
