Job Description:

LINC is seeking a full-time Caring Communities Site Coordinator to manage and lead one of our 50 sites serving multiple school districts in the Kansas City area. Caring Communities Sites are located in multiple schools and neighborhoods in the Kansas City area.
The Site Coordinator oversees a school-linked/neighborhood-based service site that provides before and after school programs and other supports for families to ensure that adults are employed and that children are safe, succeeding in school, and provided with an out-of-school experience that is fun and educational. A successful Site Coordinator provides a sense of belonging and safety to all served by involving parents, school staff, neighbors, and community partners. They are responsible for overall program coordination of a Caring Communities site.
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the requirements for childcare director certification of a facility that serves 100 or more students as defined by the state of Missouri here: https://health.mo.gov/safety/childcare/director.php
Responsibilities of the Caring Communities Site Coordinator:
- supervision, safety, and health of children in the program
- coordinates organizational policies
- record keeping - attendance, enrollment, budget, staff scheduling
- liaison between school staff, parents, and community
