(FM&T) manages and operates the U.S. Department of
Energy/National Nuclear Security Administrations (NNSA) Kansas City
National Security Campus. This state-of-the-art engineering,

position will be in Kansas City, MO Summary: The HRIS Analyst will
provide HRIS support to the HR division as well as define
processes, maintain system data integrity, implement process
improvements, and ensure continued adherence to HR operations as
defined by Honeywell FM&T. The role is responsible for a series
of administrator responsibilities to support user access for
various applications which includes PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors,
ServiceNow, and several other HR systems. Duties and
Responsibilities
- Serve as administrator for HR Systems and develop and adhere to
operating processes and procedures for regular occurring
process
- Fields questions and provides training as needed, particularly
with new HR team members.
- Function as key point of contact for HR systems related
questions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software
vendors
- Monitor HR systems workflow and audits for accuracy to ensure
data integrity and quality standards
- Partners with various groups/individuals to achieve the desired
time bound results on internal projects and initiatives
- Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility
- Perform activities across functional areas and interact
directly with internal, corporate, and external customers with
respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and
reporting
- Run and provide reports to HR leaders and Honeywell as
necessary
- Gathers data from multiple sources and performs moderate to
complex analysis related to data integrity audits and other system
related functions
- Collaborate with Communications and Learning to provide
information and training to appropriate audience with updates to
procedures, system implementations, and change management relating
to HR Systems as necessary
- Assist in implementing 5-year HRIS strategy for Honeywell
FM&T
- Understand employment laws and reviews processes and systems in
place to ensure compliance and integrity
- Assist HR Systems and to execute key HR projects across
FM&T
- Provides informed guidance to clients regarding understanding
and use of HR applications within areas of assignments
- Cross train and provide back-up coverage to other HR Systems
members when needed You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a combination of the
following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis,
HRIS (or similar system experience)
- Due to US Export Control laws, you must be a US citizen
- Knowledge/Skill Hands on experience of PeopleSoft, ServiceNow,
or SuccessFactors
- Strong MS Excel skills preferred
- Must be data and process driven
- Experience with administrating/deploying HCM systems such as
SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar systems) preferred
- Multi-cultural awareness
- Strong understanding of Human Resources function within the
organization, understanding of HR processes programs and data
- Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing
priorities
- Ability to influence, engage and partner appropriately within a
Corporate/Affiliate structure which is global and matrixed,
inclusive of all levels within the Organization
- Excellent oral and written communication and analytical
skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative work style
- Ability to work with and manage confidential information in a
professional manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead/drive priorities We Value:
