You---ll Do The Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible
for the analysis of current and historical financial data to
support management in making investment decisions, building
financial models, performing research and analysis, preparing
reports, and evaluating and analyzing performance to financial
metrics and targets. Develop and assist in preparation and
presentation of financial forecasting process by working with
operational and finance teams; including subsequent variance
analysis Member of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team,
consisting of both operations and finance analysts to create and
drive period operational business reviews, outline market trends,
review financial results (variance to forecast), and key
performance metrics Position reports to Chief Financial Officer
with dual reporting to individual business segment President, as
assigned Develop, create, implement and manage efforts in the
preparation and presentation of financial reporting and forecasting
by working closely with various business segments and departments
Partner with accounting finance leadership and support month-end
close analysis, reporting, and processes Creates and drives
periodical operational business reviews, outline market trends,
review financial results (variance to forecast), and provide key
performance metrics Anticipate and provide new/insightful analysis
based on business needs, partnering with/working in conjunction
with various departments to add value and aid in making informed
business decisions Support corporate FP&A initiatives and
reporting projects as assigned Ensure compliance with company
policies and procedures Pursue a program of self-development and
update job knowledge through reading professional publications,
seminars, building professional networks and participating in
professional organizations Protect company assets by keeping
information confidential Perform special projects and other duties
as assigned Receives guidance for overall objectives; work with
operations and within company and department policies and
guidelines using independent judgment to achieve assigned

and Core Values What You---ll Bring Required bachelor---s degree in
accounting or finance. 3-5 years related finance, accounting,
technical experience required Functional knowledge of finance,
accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, applicable laws
and regulations, including effective awareness of US GAAP policies
Highly self-motivated and very good problem-solving skills Detail
oriented, with great organization skills Strong analytical skills
with proficiency in business and project modeling and predictive
analytics Ability to work effectively in a team as well as
independently Experience in --- and an appreciation for --- working
in both a team and individual environment Ability to meet
time-sensitive deadlines, set and execute priorities effectively,
and simplify the complex in order to thrive when managing ambiguity
Proficient to advanced knowledge of accounting software systems and
strong computer end-user experience (Microsoft Suite, including
Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Well-developed verbal and
written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse
groups of constituents, including directors, peers, and staff
members, and to present to peers and management Specific Skills:
Capable of maintaining the highest standards of efficacy, ethics
and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing the
candidate to communicate effectively on every level of the
organization. The right candidate is amiable in their approach,

their role with minimal supervision Light physical activity
performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative
nature. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is
regularly required to sit, reach/handle items, work with the
fingers, and talk and hear others in conversations via the phone or
in person. Occasionally required to stoop kneel, crouch or crawl,
climb or balance and lift objects up to 25 pounds. The noise level
is moderate based on general conversation tones, ringing phones and
laser printer operation. Work in well-lighted, heated and/or
air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
