Quality Assurance Specialist

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the Quality
Assurance Specialist will be completing shipment audits through
detailed data collection, completing surveys, and submitting
photos. A successful QA Specialist will be able to work
independently, be a confident decision-maker and can quickly build
rapport with the DC leadership and associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of all field operations
processes and company policies.
Perform assessments of truck shipments at designated DC via visual
observations, answering standard survey questions and taking
Analyze to determine whether shipments meet requirements.
Develop and maintain a collaborative professional relationship with
management and associates.
Follow all company and distribution centers safety protocols.
Complete and submit all data collection survey's/photos in a
specified time frame.
Successfully complete training of all field related services and
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities With Regard to Workers' Compensation Claims:
You are responsible for reporting any employment related injury you
incur to your direct supervisor as soon as possible following an
incident resulting in an injury.
Education/Experience : - High School Diploma - or equivalent and
two years of auditing/bar code scanning experience; or any
equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the
required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the
Computer Skills: Ability to use and navigate on a company provided
computer and mobile device applications. Proficient skills with MS
Office Suite programs; Excel.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is:
Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel objects,
tools/controls, and reach with hands or arms
Frequently required to talk, listen, and read instructions on a

Frequently required to walk, kneel, squat, bend/stoop. May at times
need to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Regularly required to view items at both an extremely close and
distance range and must be able to adjust and readjust focus

Work Environment : Distribution Warehouse environment.
Travel Requirements : Limited travel, will need to travel for
training orientation once a year
Language Skills: - English is the primary language skill; however,
bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
