If you answered yes to any orall of these questions, HDR may be a new home for you As the Distribution TeamLead you will be responsible for overall leadership of power distributionprojects, pursuits, and clients which are supported by our engineering team.This includes responsibility for oversight and execution of a project'stechnical aspects and deliverables, serving as a primary point of contact withselect members of our client's organizations, and development of staff thatwill support power distribution design work. The Distribution Team Lead mustunderstand overhead line design and can complete all technical requirements ofassigned projects from basic to moderate complexity. Project roles willtypically include project manager and/or project engineer. The team lead maywork independently on small tasks, delegate to supporting designers/EITs/teammembers, and may assist other team leads and senior engineers on larger, morecomplex projects. *LI-BS1 Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering degree preferred.)
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or active commitment to obtain P.E. License strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in distribution planning, distribution modeling, distribution coordination, distribution line design is required.
• Experience in transmission line design, planning, and modeling is a preferred.
• Experience using PLS-CADD and other distribution design software preferred.
• Experience performing structural analysis, plan and profile preparation, line optimization, preparing specifications and drawings, and other engineering documents required for overhead and underground line projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing technical leadership.
• Strong client skills are required.--
