Job Description:
Being an ACD means being all. the. things. ACDs are both the
do-ers and the leaders. This is a time in one’s career when you
both have to be incredible at ideas but also hone your leadership
skills. ACDs have all the skills CW/ADs and Seniors do, but in
addition, they are cultivating a handful of client relationships,
and they can tackle meetings, shoots, and other productions without
CD oversight. They actively look for opportunities to guide the
more junior members of the team and they are willing to learn the
art of leading from their CDs. For most, being an ACD is a bridge
position to CD, and should be treated as such. A key element of an
ACD is the desire to become a CD. This role requires the ability to
communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to provide
support to our diverse customer and client base. Candidates must
demonstrate fluency in both languages. Responsibilities: ? Client
communication plan and campaign objectives are met. ? Creative work
is outstanding and on strategy. ? Work is on target, on time, and
within budget. ? Account management morale on the account is
positive, related to the creative relationship. ? Client and agency
management express confidence in leadership abilities. ? Wise,
responsible decision-making ability. ? Teamwork is well represented
in national and/or international award shows. ? Client satisfaction
ratings are high. Qualifications: ? Mentor more junior members of
the team ? Lead a piece of business with passion, vision, and
maturity ? Present to clients and sell work ? Build relationships
within BarkleyOKRPs walls and with clients ? Make amazing work
