Always.About the roleThe Relationship Advisor Personal Banker is a unique title for a unique credit union. Our Relationship Advisor- Personal Bankers are front-line representatives of the member experience. They are the trusted advisors who help our members understand each product and service we offer and make the decisions that are right for them. Thats why we call them Relationship Advisors and not just Personal Bankers.What youll do as the Relationship Advisor Personal Banker:Deliver an amazing experience to our members, both internally and externallyBalance vault cash, drawers, cash recycling, and cash disbursement machinesOpen and maintain new member personal and small business accounts, CDs, and IRAsOpen and maintain fiduciary accountsOriginate member consumer loan applicationsOriginate member dispute formsBe awesomeTo be successful as the Relationship Advisor Personal Banker we are looking for someone with:1 year cash handling experience1 year of sales and/or advising experience1 year of customer service in the hospitality industry or financial institution experienceDemonstrated ability in lieu of experience will be considered for candidateOther Skills:Well-organized, good mathematical ability, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skillsMust be able to stand for up to 8 hoursProficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Ability to multi-taskEducation/Certifications/Licenses:Minimum of High School Diploma, or equivalentMazuma Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
