    • Must have RN license, BLS.
    • Advanced skills needed: Ortho experience, Tele, NIH.

      • Scheduling requirements: 3 12s, 3 weekend shifts per schedule period.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Number of Beds in the unit: 23.
        • Patient Ratios: 1:4, 1:5.
        • Unit staffing description: Unit Secretary and PCTs.
        • Type of equipment includes traction, fixators, cooling equipment.
        • Documentation system: Meditech.
        • Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, hourly rounding.
        • Dress Code: Navy scrubs required.
