POSITION: Family Resiliency Navigator (FRI)DEPARTMENT:
Outpatient TherapyStarting Salary: $44,000 - $47,000
Annually(Starting salary depends on education and
experience)RESPONSIBILITIES: The Family Resiliency Navigator (FRN)
reports to the Clinical Manager of School Based Services to work
with adults, children and families within Jackson County. The FRN
will assist individuals and families to identify unmet social,
emotional and mental health concerns and support them in promoting
long term well-being. The FRN will provide individual, family, wrap
around services and/or crisis management to clients in crisis as
indicated. This includes, but is not limited to managing referrals,
intake, assessment, and direct, ongoing work with the families
utilizing the Solution Based Casework model. This includes
supporting the family in the community and helping them access
appropriate community-based services. Services may occur in home,
in office, in school, virtual and/or in community based on needs of
the family. This position is a full-time twelve (12) month position
per year.QUALIFICATIONS:Required: Bachelor's degree in Social Work,
Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or
Psychology, and at least one year of work experience in the Mental
Health and/or Child Welfare arena.Must be at least 21 years of age
and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This
position also requires a valid drivers license and proof of current
