Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer AI
Specialist for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute design projects from concept through completion,
ensuring high standards of design quality and user experience
Drive the GenAI design vision and strategy across the platform,
advocating for user-centered design practices
Conduct research at all stages of the product lifecycle to
continuously improve the product experience
Required Qualifications:
8+ years' experience as a UX/Product Designer
Proven experience with designing and iterating post-launch on GenAI
products or features
Understanding of generative AI models, AI tools and platforms, and
ethical implications of AI
Experience with enterprise products in complex domains and working
with cross-functional Agile teams in remote/hybrid environments
Technical aptitude, statistical analysis skills, and knowledge of
data visualization tools
