*We highly value our employees in this role and want to prove it to you.Get hired onto our Stormwater team and receive a $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!*LANDSCAPER - Essential Functions:Performs general lawn maintenance on commercial properties of clientsHandles labor to ensure water drainage systems are in working order-includes manual digging, mowing, planting, installing sod, site clean-up, etc.Inspects storm drain inlets, yard inlets, pipes, ditches, and streamsIdentifies issues with erosion, mechanical malfunctions, and structural failuresIdentifies common noxious weeds or plant speciesCompletes appropriate paperwork such as service receipts or reports of work performedLANDSCAPER Position Type and Expected Hours:Full-time positionAbility to work flexible hours with some weekend and holidays requiredPlease note:Home Weekends unless on-call.Travels Monday-Friday if route goes out of town.Local work allows for home time during business week!In order to visit client locations in Kansas and NebraskaTravel up to 100% Monday - Friday every week unless performing local work.Scheduled Overtime During High Seasons (summer months)LANDSCAPER - REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Valid driver's license is required for insurability purposes.LANDSCAPER - PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferredLicensed herbicide applicator is a plusClass E CDL preferred, but not requiredAt least one year of general labor, landscape, or construction experience preferredLANDSCAPER - WORK ENVIRONMENT:Exposure to conditions such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures for periods of time is possible.This employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.
