And, we might be the right bank for you.As a Loan Processor I, you will be preparing consumer loan documents for all institutions, as well as for preparing Subordination Agreements, Home Equity Modifications to include initial loan disclosures, closing disclosures.You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including being a successful candidate partner with Retail Business partners as well as Consumer Operations and Underwriting.Additionally, are expected to build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.--- High school diploma or equivalent--- Minimum of 1-2 of relevant job experience--- Prior experience with the preparation of loan documents.Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:--- Associate's Degree or equivalent.--- 3 years of relevant job experienceSkills and Abilities: Below is a general list of desired skills and abilities; this is not an exhaustive list.--- Proficient in Microsoft Word and have some understanding of Microsoft Excel--- Ability to be trained to work on Laser Pro--- Good written and verbal skills.--- Have the ability to be able to work with little supervision.--- Must be able to follow instructions and be detail ordinated.--- Ability to work in a team environment.Work Environment:--- Office setting with traditional hours.--- Standing for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).--- Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).Thank you for your application!The Bank is committed to providing qualified applicants and associates reasonable accommodation, when necessary, to enable the individuals to complete the application process and/or perform the essential functions of the job.
