Job Description:
We have partnered with a well-established company in the -Kansas
City Missouri -area searching for their next Client
Services/Business Development Account Executive to support our
complex client base in the Healthcare, Municipalities, and Utility
industries, at minimum. The Client Services/Business Development
Account Executive will execute full client lifecycle management and
is actively involved in all phases, including client onboarding,
quarterly business reviews, day-to-day account management, client
initiatives, and Business Development. This person will function as
an account manager and liaison between the client and company. The
ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, project
management, customer service, and prospecting
skills.Responsibilities & Essential Functions of Client
Relationship/Client Services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of
client portfolios
- Identifies potential problems before they occur and works to
eliminate future occurrences
- Develops collaborative relationships across multiple
departments and with clients to ensure exceptional client support

- Develop and deliver client-specific reports and presentations
to management as requested. -
- Complete special projects and reporting required by clients and
executive management
- Have knowledge and understanding of all applicable Federal,
State, and Local laws for compliance with job duties
- Comply with all internal policies, procedures, and
guidelinesResponsibilities & Essential Functions of Business
Development Account Manager
- Strategically develop analytic tools for prospecting
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, Source and
Generate Qualified Leads
- Establish initial contact and develop relationships with
potential clients through direct or indirect prospecting, marketing
programs, sourcing, and digital communications
- Ability to host and present effective online webinars or face
to face meetings in a professional and positive manner
- Creation and Submission of Business Proposals and Create Client
Agreements
- Fully support contract administration and new client
implementation process
- Create Digital Marketing Campaigns, Strategies around
Promotional items and events, and Develop Marketing Literature
(Brochures, Press Releases, etc.)
- Work in a proactive role with existing clients to build and
sustain long-term relationships.
- Develop pricing models and prospect-specific
presentations.
- Tracks emerging markets and trends.
- Travels with Marketing Team to conferences, as needed.
- Create data-driven mathematical analytical
reports.Qualifications & Required Professional Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years in client success, client experience, account
management, or equivalent history in a client service role
- Advance Mathematical analytical skills
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of all applications of
Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Excel (pivot tables, filtering/sorting spreadsheets, creating
charts/tables, identifying trends in data) -
- Word (creating/editing documents)
- PowerPoint (develop standardized templates, create
presentations)
- Epic/Centricity/AthenaHealth/AllScripts/NextGen experience is a
plus!
- Experience with revenue cycle management or credit and
collection industry preferred
- Knowledge of the Credit and Collection industry preferred
- Ability to analyze data/information to reach strategic business
decisions
- Must enjoy working as a team and can work independently
