Due to NATC's continued growth we are currently seeking a Special
Assets Specialist.ResponsibilitiesThe Special Assets Specialist
will provide operational support and guidance for NATC's Special
Assets business. This role is responsible for performing the daily
and periodic functions needed to support and grow the Special
Assets business.Work closely with the Asset Services and Trust
Administration teams to ensure client satisfactionReview Unique
Asset legal documentation, providing necessary input and
analysisComplete Capital Calls as neededFree Receipt assets to the
desk to perform a buyFree Deliver/sell assets off the desk as
neededEnsuring market values are up to dateProvide Stale Dated
pricing reports to ensure we are in ComplianceGather supporting
legal documentation for Unique Asset onboardingPerform
distributions as neededReconcile Vault Audits QuarterlyExecute
Letter of Instruction as neededSupport all other trust processes
and projects as needed to drive efficiency and build
partnershipsCompetenciesCustomer Focus - Knowing the (internal and

anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer
satisfaction and customer service.Attention to Detail - Taking

group toward a common goal.QualificationsBachelor's degree in
Accounting is preferred3-5 years of financial services or trust
experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Applications,
including Dynamics 365.Knowledgeable and creative problem
solverProven ability to prioritize workflow in a fast-paced team
environment.Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical
skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment consistent

in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.Must be able
