Description: Provides assistance to the branch service group in performing their tasks in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Accounts payable processing and entry of 300+ invoices per week Communicating with other departments and vendors as needed Analyzing and problem solving dependencies in invoices as needed Inputs accounts payable items to Oracle and ImageNow system Working with purchase orders Managing automated funnel system for vendor requests and issues Skills: accounts payable, purchase orders, imagenow, Invoicing, Oracle, Excel, manufacturing Top Skills Details: accounts payable, purchase orders, imagenow,Invoicing Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of accounts payable experience Experience with Imagenow - Will spend 60% of their time in this Good communication skills to talked to departments and articulate any issues with invoices Purchase order experience a plus Experience Level: Intermediate Level About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
