Job Description:
Position Description: The role of the Account Executive is to
serve prospects and contacts by selling products, meeting contact
needs, and incubating prospective client growth. The Account
Executive is a key contributor to our contact support.
The Account Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our
ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You
must be comfortable making a multitude of calls per day, working
with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects.
Position Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and
outbound cold calls and emails.
Uncover and understand the needs and requirements of prospects and
contacts.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive
for further development and closure.
Work with marketing to optimize prospecting efforts.
Identify key prospects and conduct outgoing marketing efforts such
as calls and emails.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects and contacts to
qualify, prior to adding to PipeDrive.
Interact with Lever1 social media postings in a timely and
appropriate manner.
Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information
confidential
Attend required meetings.
All other duties as assigned.
Performance Measurement: Qualified LeadsSales Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities: Compentencies - Strong phone presence; dialing a
multitude of calls per day resulting in 5 solid leads per week
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Extremely creative and inventive.
Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and
principles.
Organized with attention to detail.
Experience with Salesforce.
Strong listening, presentation skills and phone presence.
Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
