Job Description
The Patient Service Specialist II provides ongoing, onsite customer
support to patients in the ambulatory hospital setting. The
position strives to ensure that every patient and their guest
receives the best customer service possible and that they feel
valued and cared for. This position requires that a proven record
of medical ambulatory experience and the initiative to take on
additional tasks and responsibilities.
Shift: Tuesday- Friday 7:30am-6:30pm
