Job Description:

Detailing Supervisor - PURPOSE: To provide supervisory oversight for a group(s) of detailers, including coordinating work, ensuring that job standards are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. - - BASIC FUNCTIONS Must adhere to Harris Rebar---s safety programs and standards. Demonstrate conduct consistent with Harris Rebar---s vision and values. Supervise detailers, review their work, assist with any reported difficulties, and identify ways to correct deficiencies. - Responsible for continually reassessing detailing techniques and recommending integrated, cost-effective solutions to improving efficiencies, and participating in the development of recommended actions. Track employee---s progress on assigned work. Assist in the performance review process and recommend appropriate salary adjustments as needed for assigned detailing personnel. Perform other duties as required by your supervisor. -MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
