Our goal is to expand our local reach and increase our market share. We are looking for a quality team player to join our Business Development Team to help fuel this growth. The successful candidate will have high energy, relevant experience and be excited about working in a small privately held company with a positive and team-oriented culture.

*Responsibilities: *

--- Generate leads through telemarketing with the goal of setting appointments for our sales team.

--- Achieve key performance indicators: 60+ calls per day to decision makers; 3-5 first time appointments per week, etc.

--- Own the lead cultivation process-responsible for the qualification of suspects within our contact database.

--- Ability to engage decision makers in conversation and deliver our message.

--- Enter and maintain all leads and account engagements in designated CRM and activity playbook.

--- Effectively use contact management technology. (HubSpot, Microsoft Office Tools.)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
