Business Development Team to help fuel this growth. The successful

--- Generate leads through telemarketing with the goal of setting
appointments for our sales team.
--- Achieve key performance indicators: 60+ calls per day to
decision makers; 3-5 first time appointments per week, etc.
--- Own the lead cultivation process-responsible for the
qualification of suspects within our contact database.
--- Ability to engage decision makers in conversation and deliver
--- Enter and maintain all leads and account engagements in
designated CRM and activity playbook.
--- Effectively use contact management technology. (HubSpot,
Microsoft Office Tools.)
