Job Description Position Qualifications Education: College
Degree in information technology, human resources, business
administration or related field. Experience/Skills/Abilities: 3 - 5
years--- experience designing, configuring, and testing HR systems;
Deep knowledge of HR business processes and data needs; Knowledge
of reporting tools and experience delivering complex reports to
stakeholders; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, process
driven; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a
complex environment; Self-starter who motivates others and learns
quickly; Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Time and
Attendance Workforce Manager preferred. Duties and Responsibilities
Data Integrity and Reporting Manages and designs the mapping of all
HRIS tables to ensure accurate data capture that enables
comprehensive reporting Configures and maintains reporting and
analytical tools, including management dashboards Fulfills ad hoc
report requests and produces recurring analytical reports.
Troubleshoots employee data and system issues; identifies
improvement opportunities Manages mass data change and conversion
requests Monitors and troubleshoots integration issues across
internal and external platforms and vendors Follows established
procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee
records or and related HR data System Enhancement and Configuration
Partner with HR Business Partners to gather input and requirements
from the business to build out dashboards and reporting Consults
across HR teams on improvement ideas and innovations Collaborate
with HRIS vendor to determine system capabilities and recommend
enhancements to business processes and other aspects of system
configuration to optimize HR operations and end user experience
Analyzes, designs, configures, and tests systems using formal
system methodologies and coordinates changes across test and
production systems. Collaborates with IT, Payroll, and other
departments on project initiatives. Manages upgrades and the
release process for HRIS enhancements Documents requirements,
processes, solution recommendations, test plans, and change
management impacts Analyzes, designs, configures, and tests systems
using formal system methodologies and coordinates changes across
test and production systems Creates and performs regular audits to
ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and system integrity
Conducts training, including developing user procedures,
guidelines, and documentation Service Excellence Continuously
increases knowledge in HR technology by serving as an expert on
functional capabilities, staying informed on product capabilities
and trends, and interacting with vendor communities Works
collaboratively with the HR Operations team to prioritize,
troubleshoot, research, and escalate reported issues Provide
technical assistance to HR and Payroll staff to ensure data
integrity, including identification and correction of data errors
Actively support team members across HR and look for opportunities
to improve processes, policies, and service levels. Performs other

Develop standard work for departmental processes Switchboard/Front
Desk Responsible for switchboard/front desk coverage back-up HR
Administration Create and manage both paper and electronic file
systems including set-up, maintenance, and organization of all HR
files. Audit and track retention. Paperwork processing including
tracking of documentation due from any employee Lean Enterprise
Establish and utilize frameworks and systems, including tools such
as visual management, problem solving, standard work and kaizen.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate
the following competencies to perform the essential functions of
this position. HRIS-Must have prior experience with leading
projects in HRIS system, preferably ADP. Must have hands on
experience in system setup in HRIS systems. Payroll- Backup,
Reconcile and ensure employee payroll---s are completed timely when
needed. Problem solving---the individual identifies and resolves
problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information
skillfully. Research when information is incomplete. Judgment---the
individual displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound
and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions. Ability to
maintain confidential information. Planning/organizing ---the
individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time
efficiently. Must have strong organizational skills, detail, and
deadline oriented. Flexibility---the individual can work
independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on
given assignments, ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast
paced, deadline driven environment. Ability to work in a team
environment. Attendance---the individual is punctual and does not
abuse absenteeism policy. Computer skills --- the individual can
create and maintain documents in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Must be an intermediate/advanced user of nitro/adobe pdf/publisher.
Ability to evaluate, create and maintain reports in Excel, ADP
Reporting. Ability to track, create and audit reports. Expert user
of Outlook Email. Travel required: Minimal Hours: Regular 40-hour
work week. Overtime as needed. Working conditions: Office
setting.
