Nigel Frank International are working with an exciting US based IT Cloud Consultancy who are looking to hire a Solutions Architect who will join the Senior Management Team of this growing Microsoft Partner.Candidates for this role, through the interview process, will be expected to demonstrate experience in:

• Architecting and Delivering Enterprise Solutions
• Initiating, Building and Sustaining relationships with current, and prospective, clients
• Technical Consulting (Architecting Enterprise/Application Solutions)
• Agile Practices
• Client Account/Program Management
  • Planning / Managing / Executing:
    • Custom development
    • Complex issues
    • Leadership (Internal & External)
      • Influential
      • Developing, mentoring and leading team membersIn this role you can expect to play a key role in the further growth and development of the Microsoft Cloud focused operations of the business. This is a role that will allow you to work hands on, whilst also driving sales and delivery, and leading and developing a team of passionate tech professionals. The view from the business is that the person coming into this role will be focused on progressing further and this is a position that they see the next step being into the Director/Vice President level.Candidates should have a strong technical background and be comfortable with leading solution design and implementation at an enterprise level, combining technology with business and business with technology.Whilst a remote opportunity, due to the geographical location of the clients that you will be working with. This opportunity requires candidates to be within the United States.Visa sponsorship is not available.
