Biopharma is looking for a passionate, self-motivated recruitment
professional who is driven to deliver top talent to our team.
Reporting to the VP of HR, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is
responsible for candidate engagement throughout the hiring
lifecycle including job posting management, sourcing, conducting
and scheduling interviews, extending offers and completing
necessary paperwork and processes to onboard new hires. You will
join a fast-paced and dynamic HR team that is focused on making a
difference with deliver innovative cancer therapy to patients'
lives.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the full life-cycle
recruitment across North America including job postings, sourcing
and resume review, pre-screening, interviews, and pipeline
trackingDevelop a strong understanding of talent requirements
across business unitsBuild and maintain collaborative relationships
with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements while
providing expertise on market trends and hiring
recommendationsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for
multiple, complex searches by leveraging numerous platformsDirectly
source candidates through database and sourcing, vendor
partnerships and referralsConduct initial conversations with
candidates to assess qualifications, provide feedback and
recommendations on next stepsDeliver a positive candidate
experience throughout the entire recruitment processExecute job
offer process including offer extensions, salary benchmarking and
negotiationShare best practices with the HR teamManage data
integrity and accuracy with internal ATS systemEnsure that
recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with corporate
policies and governmental regulationsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of
recruitment experience in biotech or pharmaceuticalsExperience
recruiting for GMP or manufacturing environments would be an
assetBachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or
equivalentExperience with ATS and/or Recruitment SoftwareProficient
in Microsoft Office SuiteProven track record of success in talent
acquisition with strong recruitment skillsAbility to multi-task and
adapt to a rapidly changing environmentStrong interviewing,
negotiation, and closing skillsResourceful with strong analytical
skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal
