Job DescriptionThe Fleet Specialist - $21/hour + Bonus The Fleet Specialist will complete various daily activities to ensure vehicles are rental ready and in the appropriate location. This is an hourly position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and the opportunity for a performance bonus each month. Responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new vehicles includes: attaching decals, installing telematics, printing plates and making sure insurance cards are in the vehicles.
• Picking up and dropping off vehicles at various locations as needed.
• Some minor vehicle maintenance
• Recording vehicle inspection using mobile app
• Find and manage vendor partnerships within your market
• Coordinate maintenance repairs with vendors
• Support sales manager in the market with excellent communication
• Support Fluid Truck customers in conjunction with the sales manager by keeping the fleet well maintained
• Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Work directly with Area Fleet Manager to document and resolve issues and get vehicles back on the roadAbout Fluid TruckFluid is a peer-to-peer community truck sharing platform offering businesses and individuals a better way to rent vehicles, and vehicle owners an opportunity to make money.   • Must have be a team player and have a can do/will do attitude
  • Must be able to make decisions about prioritizing your workload
  • Must be able to use our mobile app and navigate other mobile apps including Uber or Lyft
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR
  • Must be able to identify different colored wires
  • Automotive maintenance experience a plus but not requiredBenefits
