Community Support Professional
Summit Future Foundation is a rapidly growing nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering teens and young adults who experience developmental disabilities to lead a meaningful and inclusive life.

The Community Support Professional is a vital component of our mission fulfillment efforts and supports the teens and young adults that we serve in their home and in their communities. Responsibilities includes carrying out teaching steps that support individuals in increasing their personal independence and facilitating community based recreational engagement and activities. Other responsibilities include daily documentation and monthly progress reporting. Reliability, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting those who have developmental disabilities to lead a meaningful life are vital skills to be successful in this role.

This role is a great opportunity for any college student who is pursuing an education and career in health care, human services or mental health sector. Flexible schedules are available to accommodate academic schedule.
