    For nearly 40 years, TPP Retirement Plan Specialists, LLC, a locally-owned, full-service firm, has been helping business owners succeed by providing valuable retirement plan advice and timely services.
    Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented self-starter with 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration to lead and manage effective and continuous Retirement Plan Administration for an assigned group of clients.
    Responsibilities:
    • Communicate with assigned client base, internal staff and Plan Sponsors and Investment Advisors on a regular basis to align client's retirement plan goal
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver a high level of service and client satisfaction
    • Interpret and discuss plan document provisions and potential amendments with Plan Sponsors and Investment Advisors
    • Assist plan sponsors with workflow software (PensionPro) and recordkeeping websites
    • Discuss distributions, loans, website access and navigation with plan participants, as needed
    • Under strict guidelines prepare and complete all year-end valuation report and regulatory forms, including (but not limited to) annual compliance testing, contribution allocations, Form-1099-R, and others as needed
    • Manage client relationships with a 'team approach' attitude and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and accurately
      Qualifications:
      • Associates degree (or higher) in Math, Finance or Accounting preferred
      • 5+ years relevant Retirement Plan Administration experience
      • Strong math and computer skills including MS Office proficiency (FIS/Relius Software and PensionPro software proficiency are a plus)
      • Ability to analyze plan document provisions and recommend better plan design opportunities based on client's retirement plan goals
      • Advanced understanding of ERISA requirements
      • Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, delegate tasks and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
      • QKA/QPA designations are a plus
