As an important member of our People Team, you'll partner closely with all our Go To Market leadership team across Sales, Customer Success, Support and Marketing to deliver people programs, provide advisory and help us build the best employee experience in the market.

You'll work across the full spectrum of P&C from providing general people advice and direction, compensation, onboarding, engagement, benefits, learning and development to retention. People describe you as authentic and empathetic and seek you out as their go-to person for all things people.

You are people-focussed in your approach and love finding ways to build impactful initiatives for your stakeholders and creating an environment where people get to do their best work.

  • This role is crucial in ensuring our policies, programs and initiatives are aligned to our company strategy and support the reward, recognition and development of employees.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in the HR generalist space with previous experience as a HR business partner (bonus if you have start up/tech experience)
  • Full experience across the employee lifecycle (from onboarding through to offboarding)
  • Experience coaching leaders on employment relations issues using knowledge of US employment law
  • Skilled in partnering and coaching leaders on a range of people matters including performance, development, compensation, engagement and L&D
  • Passion for using a range of qualitative and quantitative people data to help drive decision and build programs
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and know when and how to bring a sense of enjoyment and fun that's contagious (it's a wild ride so we may as well enjoy ourselves along the way)
  • Ability to demonstrate the SafetyCulture values (Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team and Be Bold Bring Action)
