We need someone who is an expert Product Owner with SCRUM and Agile expertise, ideally with accounting or payment solutions experience.

  • Works with product management and stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and customer pain points that are strategic priorities
  • Partner with design function to consider usability testing and end-user feedback to ensure product will address and resolve user pain points
  • Responsible for building, prioritizing, monitoring/editing, and maintaining the flow of Team Backlog to ensure the delivery of the customer satisfaction and multi-million dollar business value

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
    • Previous experience as Product Owner
    • Familiarity with agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
    • Broad understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
    • A strategic approach and strong communicator
    • Preferred, but not required would be to have worked in a fast-growth company that is scaling fast
