and Responsibilities This position requires use of information
which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations
(ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of

Introduction The Electronics Assembly Operator II is responsible
for performing repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on
low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers
and inductors. Is responsible for being a reliable team member that
can work independently within the team and meet our expectations of
core values. This role maintains a clean and safe work area and
follows standard work as trained. Key Responsibilities /n -
Performs responsibilities of Electronics Assembler Operator I. /n -
Performs intermediate-level assembly work. For example, installs
inserts on headers, intermediate leads, place leads, wraps,
solders, crimps, centers inserts, interleaves, and butt lams
stacks. /n - Performs basic inspections using calipers, thread
gauges, height gauge, and flat stones. /n - Operates and maintains
winding machines. /n - Performs lead wire assembly. /n - Performs
the placement of wire leads for hook-up. /n - Performs caliper
measurements using production drawings /n - Operates and maintains
winding machines. /n - Performs transformer coil wire assembly. /n
- Performs soldering of connectors and wire. /n - Other duties as
required and/or assigned. /n /n Qualifications, Skills and
Attributes Core Competencies /n - Reads and understands production
drawings and work instructions. /n - Able to work with chemicals.
/n - Good manual dexterity/ability to work with wire sizes between
18 to 38 American Wire Gauge (AWG). /n - Working in a repetitive
job. /n - Working knowledge of quality practices. /n - Meets vision
requirements specified by quality management system. /n - The
position is on the production floor and could involve sitting for a
long period of time, but not limited to standing walking and
lifting throughout the day. /n - Lifting amounts of up to 25 pounds
occasionally. /n - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. /n /n Qualifications and Experience /n - GED or High School
Diploma preferred but not required. /n - J-STD-001 Soldering
Certified. /n - Soldering experience of one year is preferred. /n -
Prior experience with assembly in manufacturing is preferred. /n -
Inspection experience is preferred. /n - This position requires use
