Job Description Job Description Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Job Description Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate, working on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality of products by maximizing efficiency and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Maximize piece-rate speed on assigned tasks. Accurately set up machines using proper setup techniques. Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are securely in place. Monitor board quality, checking for loose liner, warp, dimensions, caliper, and any other defects. Report quality problems to the operator and sort as necessary to maintain machine operation. Work at a pace set by the machine operator. Be willing to work on any part of the line of progression to the operator, regardless of shift. Help operators adhere to production schedules and report any unusual scheduling issues. Complete necessary reports accurately and timely, including Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, and Quality Data. Submit equipment work orders to supervision for repairs and proactively maintain equipment. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and good housekeeping. Maintain reliable attendance as an essential duty of the job. Essential Skills Machine operation experience Experience in manufacturing, production, and quality assurance Ability to conduct quality inspections General labor skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
