Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages. Handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Draft petitions, discovery, and motions. Deposition preparation and taking of depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials. Handle trial preparation and trials. Provide exceptional client service and communication, keeping clients informed at all stages of their case. Qualifications: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and accuracy. Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
