This will be an onsite role in our Overland Park, KS office. Role Overview We’re seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to provide strategic technical leadership across our software development organization. This role is pivotal in shaping engineering practices, driving innovation, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering leaders and teams to maximize capability and capacity. Drive operational excellence through metrics, resource utilization, and risk management. Own financial budgets and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Champion change initiatives and modern engineering practices. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Ensure adoption of latest technologies, standards, and methodologies. Support availability outside standard hours as part of an on-call rotation. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7 years in software development; 5 years managing large, complex projects. 5 years leading development teams. Expertise in Agile and full lifecycle development. Preferred: Experience with secure, scalable web/mobile apps and distributed systems.
